Use this Moving House Notification Checklist to make sure you don’t forget to let everyone know you’re moving. It’s also a handy place to write notes about when you notified them, when the service will be stopped and anything else that’s important to you.

Write to GPO Box 9990, Sydney 20002.
Include tax file number (TFN), your previous address
and new address. The letter must be official, so make
sure to sign it! Alternately, change it in person at the
Australian Tax Office – 100 Market Street, Sydney CBD.
